Here's your opportunity to manage a squad of dedicated, talented young athletes and turn them into high quality competitors.  Use your knowledge and experience and get them ready to take on athletes from other managers squads from all over the world.  Starting off at local league level you have the sole control over the entire structure of your club and athletes.  Keeping the facilities at the required level and in top condition is another challenge you will need to take on. Progress through the various levels means you will need to be at the top of your game. You have 4 squads to control each with a maximum number of 10 athletes... Sprints, Throws, Jumps and Endurance, being weak in any of these areas and your progress will be delayed.  Use the Transfer Market  to your advantage, picking out a future Gem is crucial, choosing too many average or poor athletes and you will find your results start to suffer.
